AIESEC provides 2 different types of exchange programs, with very high flexibility in terms of job nature and duration. For those interested in business management positions, technical positions or development sector work, we have over 16,000 international internships yearly that last from 6 weeks to 18 months.

AIESEC’s Global Exchange Program also provides you with the opportunity to learn about the people and culture of your host country with the AIESEC member there. Some work abroad programs provide you with only a job and a plane ticket, but in AIESEC we realize that there is more to life than just work, and especially life in a foreign country.
