Team Programs

Team Member Program gives you practical team experience by engaging into one of our functional teams as a team officer. The program is a first step for your leadership development. Through this experience you will be able to gain:

Team Leader Program gives you experience in leading a team to achieve various goals. The program allows you to activate your leadership potential with practical experience of team management. Through this experience you will be able to gain:

• Personal and professional development
• Team building and management
• Development of leadership skills
• Being a part of development of others

• participate in national and international conferences and seminars (more than 400 conferences all around the world each year);
• receive practical experience (implementation and practice knowledge that you got in the university);
• increase your network (make friends with different students from Hong Kong and abroad);
• develop joyfully!

Functional Teams

The functional teams are the basic units of  Local Committees(LC) in AIESEC. There are 5 general teams in AIESEC-LC-HKBU which have distinctive features and functions that contributes to the Local Committee, AIESEC in HK and AIESEC in general.
